    1) We collect only the necessary information (name, address, phone, email, and payment details) to schedule and complete cleaning and landscaping services.

    2) Customer information is never sold or rented.

    3) Customers may request updates or deletion of their personal information by emailing hello@shernouenterprise.com.

 

Terms & Conditions

 

Estimates & Pricing

    1) Cleaning and landscaping estimates are based on property size, condition, and requested services.

    2) Prices will be confirmed before work begins. Additional requests may change the final price.

 

Payments

    1) Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    2) We accept cash, Zelle, debit/credit, and approved digital payments.

    3) Overdue balances may incur late fees.

 

Cancellations

    1) Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

    2) Same-day cancellations may result in a service charge.

 

Customer Responsibilities

    1) For Landscaping: Ensure property access, remove obstacles, and secure pets.

    2) For Cleaning: Remove fragile or valuable items before service. If specific areas/items require special care, please notify us in advance.

    3) Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled service time.

 

Liability

    1) We are insured and take every precaution to protect your property.

    2) We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or unsecured items.

    3) Any service concerns must be reported within 24 hours.

 

Right to Refuse Service

 

We may refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or outside the agreed scope of work.

 

All Sales Are Final

 

Once services are completed and payment is received, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided.

 

Digital Policy

Our website and digital content (logos, text, photos) are owned by Shernou Enterprise LLC and may not be copied without permission. Our website may use cookies to improve functionality and user experience. You may disable cookies in your browser. Digital payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant systems. Any online inquiries (via website, email, or social media) are kept private and used only for service-related communication.

 

Custom Policy (Cleaning & Landscaping)

    1) Access to Property: Customers must provide safe and timely access to their property.

    2) Weather Delays: Landscaping services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather.

    3) Special Requests: Requests outside the standard service must be communicated in advance.

    4) Supplies & Equipment: Shernou Enterprise provides professional-grade equipment and cleaning supplies unless otherwise agreed.

    5) Satisfaction Guarantee: Concerns must be reported within 24 hours so we can take reasonable steps to resolve them.
